WIMPS and IceCubes, interesting acronym and project name. I hope that the dark particles are detected, but I am not holding my breath.

Nor am I. Nonproduction of WIMPs at the LHC rules out much of this energy range. I'm guessing this article is a PR exercise in advance of an official "noseeum".

Thanks nFA. Don't you think that if they had a hint of anything they would have told us by now or do they just wait until they crunch all the data?
