Quark settings

#1

Post by Ben Cartwright SASS »

I decided to shoot this active region with two different settings on the Quark. I usually use either +3 or +4 (3 oclock 4 oclock) and really have never used it maxed all the way to the plus side. I decided since this is a nice active region I would shoot the first at +3 and then reset the Quark and wait the 8 minutes and shoot it again at +5.

Here are the results. I actually can't see any real difference I like the Plus 3 better.

You're right, there isn't much difference in the two. In the area surrounding the two active regions, I prefer +5... However, I'd be happy with either.:)

Thanks for the comparison shots.

For what it's worth... Here is screenshot of Alexandra Hart's experiment when she first got her Quark-C.
