One thing to check is the condition of the green filter in the blocking diagonal - I didn't realise, but mine must have started to colour over before it had been delivered.....
I do what I do because I can, and because I want to.

Congratulations on the equipment purchases, Peter. I know you'll be well-served with both, and am anxious to see your work.
I've had a bit of experience with FireCapture and am not impressed when compared to SharpCap with ASI cameras. For me, FC works well for planetary imaging with an ASI cam, but SC works better with solar. That's, of course, just my experience... Yours may agree.
