Help please.

#1

Post by Tillibobs »

I'm having to download Astro things and need help please.
1/ There's a download to merge the disc surface with the prom image. I thought it was something like " I Merge "
but the ones I've found don't seem to be as I recall.
2/ There used to be a " free download for CS2, without jumping through hoops. anyone got the link ?
Thanks in advance, i shot a couple of images earlier but I've ground to a halt and my bed is calling.
Keith.

Keith, I have zero knowledge about CS2 as I use PS CC.

In PS CC there is a "Move" function. I simply "select" my surface area; copy the selection to my clipboard; and paste it onto my prom capture. I then can "move" the surface image gently onto the prom image.

If you can zip the prom and surface images and email them to me, I'll marry them up and send it back to you. No problem on this end.:)

Let me know, my friend.:)

Thanks John , it's the old silk purse/sows ear .I didn't get a " window " until after 7pm so the Sun was low and I rushed it but wanted to process a couple of images for practice.
There's a wealth of information on the old AF but that forum seems to have sunk into the depths ( wonder if Gus is still taking the money for Gold, Silver and Bronze ? ).
I'll have another look for links later ( waiting to have my infuser taken off ). I'll post any good links that I find on here for future reference.
