Solar Imaging... Beating the Heat
We're in our hottest time of the year here in the Mojave Desert... Daytime temps are regularly 113 -115 degrees (F). It gets even hotter inside the box... So hot that my imaging computer has had an over-temp shutdown during my last two sessions.
I have a small fan in the box, but it's really just moving hot air around. This morning I put a portable air-conditioner blowing right into the box. Seems to be working fine. Time will tell.

Follow up...
It was 114 degrees here when I started captures. That sucker worked like a champ.
