What's the focal length of the guidescope and imaging rig?
I thought most folks that are imaging with long FL SCT are using OAG's to guide with.

On my 8”SCT I have been using the ZWO 60mm guide scope great results. It has 280mm focal length at f/4.6. My guide camera on that scope is the ASI 290mm mini. When using the 8” SCT I have it reduced to 1280mm focal length.
