Hi all I took this images tonight with my 8 inch skywatcher scope and I recorded 2800 images,stacked using autoskakkert and adobe cs2 for processing.I thought I would share.Thanks for looking.

Too much Towa glass/mirrors.

Solar:
H/A - PST stage 2 mod with a Baader 90mm ERF on a Celestron XLT 102 (thanks Mike!)
Ca-K - W/O 61mm, Antares 1.6 barlow, Baader 3.8 OD and Ca-K filters with a ZWO ASI174mm.
W/L - C80-HD with Baader 5.0 & 3.8 Solar film, Solar Continuum 7.5nm and UV/IR filters with a Canon EOS 550D.

Please, if you know: why did the rgb version come out green?

Hi I am not sure as I set the white balance on the camera,I will have to look into my data and do some research.The camera was a gp290c and I know it has an extra green channel on the chip.

Hi all I have had a play around using adobe cs2 with the original images,I think I might have bought out a bit more detail of Venus.I thought I would share the two new images.Thanks for looking.

Nice images, but these are not details. Are artifacts artifacts caused by overprocessing. Yuo can take some details of venus clouds only with a UV filter. yuo can find some informations here https://www.astroandnature.com/blog/pos ... -19-venus/
