Saturn 7 August 2019
Here are a couple of Saturn images that I captured a few nights back - not too bad considering that I was using a Celestron Scope (Nexstar 102GT) that I got at Costco for $150 with an ASI224MC. The larger image is cropped and used a 2.5X Barlow in the imaging train. I really should have made the effort to set up my 8" SCT and EQ6R imaging rig! Best 25% of 2000 frames stacked with AS!3, wavelets with Registax 6, final tweaks to color and sharpness with Photoshop CS2 and Microsoft Photo.

That's great David; especially with the 102! I couldn't get results that good from my f/ 11+ 80mm's if I tried.... and trust me, I have
Nicely done and all the best,
