The sky would not let me get much detail, but this was fun.

I have a shot of Saturn as well I may post if it turns out at all. :-)

I think I can see some more potential in the data.
I am experimenting with Photoshop 5 to see what more I can do.
I have a dozen or more images to work with.
The sky was not good enough to focus a point of light on the moons. They were shimmering. Visually it looked good, but the camera tells the truth.
Interestingly the camera showed much more color than the visual view.

I am wondering if I can do dslr video to good affect. Anyone have experience with this and the dslr ?

Yes. Brighter is about it. I wanted to bring up contrast in the cloud mass to highlight any detail there might be there, but I don't think there is any...

This is a lot of fun. :-)

It was your capture, Mark. I just clicked a few buttons. I think that July image of Jup has an extraordinary amount of detail/data in it for being a single-frame capture.
