Christmas "Star" 12/21

#1

Post by Don Alvarez »

Well here is my best effort at capturing the conjunction event. I am literally at like 8 feet above sea level and it wasn't a great night for humidity though to be frank its often alot worse. Celestron GT-90 (f10 acromat) using a 2.5 GSO apo barlow and camera was a ZWO ASI224C. I used the Celestron GT mount. I did two sets of exposures for each and put them together which is why the relative brightness is not correct. Considering the equipment I used, I think this came out pretty good.
