yeah .. the sct is running 5/10 , ever since the secondary got rotated collimation seems hit or miss, there's gota be some sort of tilt /miss alighnment with the secondary and primary , my tilt ring made a difference but wasn't enough .
i don't think my filter wheel was working, so here is 4 stacks of the same filter .., i think it's my ir filter with the partial red spectrum ,ir642bp
50% of about 1959-2000 frames per stack. about 8.5m fl

That's a beautiful size for the image Rob. As an experiment because you have so many frames to work with, restack it again and only use the top 10% of frames and see if you don't get a noticeable difference.
Collimation can be a real pain!! I am still learning my 12 inch RC's foibles. I am now collimating with a Howie Glatter laser collimator and the Square grid addon, then fine tuning using the DSI collimation technique with live images, works very well and should also work on an SCT.
I have found with the RC that any small movement of the primary in or out really affects the sharpness of planetary images, because spacing of RC mirrors is critical to this.
I noticed you stacked 4 videos, did you use WINJUPOS to derotate them?
