It is a really spectacular comet. I haven't seen one like this since Hale-Bopp in 1997. It's not quite up to Hyakutake's level but it is easily visible from my light-polluted driveway in Las Vegas. Yesertday it was sitting right under a neighborhood streetlight and I could make out the fuzzy nucleus. Blocking the streetlight with my extended hand and I could make out the tail. From a dark location, it really shines. I just wish it was higher in the sky before dawn.
