Venus and Mercury.

Post by StarGazer45 »

I captured Venus with a 20mm eyepiece and a x2 Barlow lens, Mercury with a 4mm eyepiece. I didn't think my telescope was powerful enough to capture Mercury's phase, cool.

Well done for capturing Mercury. He's an elusive character!

Hello Manuel. A nice set of images of Venus and Mercury. Many amateur astronomers have never been able to see Mercury, even with the naked eye, much less achieve a capture. Thank you for sharing these with us on here Manuel, and keep up the great work.
