Yesterday evening 04-14-2020 the weather here in Schiedam was suddenly very transparent. I noticed this because NGC4565 (Needle) and M108 surfaced. No, not a sketch of that, but an impression of Alcor and Mizar, simply because it was fun to do. That's all. :)

Well if it's not fun then we are all in the wrong line of business!

Sounds like it was a good evening out there John.

I also observed M108 last night, M81-82 and several other Big Bear galaxies.

Thanks for your kind remarks.

Last evening seeing was great. I was surprised about my own telescope. What a difference good seeing gives. Globular clusters like M3, M92 and M13 were wonderful. Predecessors of the summer.
