I had a brief window between 2 trees that could have given me enough time for more than this one capture if it had not been for the clouds moving through . I wanted to try a barlow but the clouds defeated me .
So far I am pleased with this small mount , very light , self contained and it tracked well . I already had my elevation set so all I did was point it north using a compass and level it . Even with this crude daytime alignment the mount stayed on target with little miss alignment drift . Drift is easily corrected using the jog buttons or manual control for the DEC . No barlow shots yet but a first light disk from the Star Adventurer .
Nice Mike, I was just looking at that mount last night.
Clear Skies,

Very nice Mike, the little scope is looking great too...
Some decent activity about today and I'm behind the clouds again, Cool you got in some testing while levels are up!

Thank you Jeff
So far I am very impressed with what this little mount has to offer and how well it works . It will handle your PST or a larger scope with ease , I also have an Orion ST 80 that
will go well with this mount for night time .
Sky-Watcher also offers a go to version of this but more expensive . I bought the cheaper version on the used market for about half price , being mostly a solar guy I haven't needed go-to to find my target LOL
