Ha Collage 18Oct2021 from Sydney

Not a lot of good weather this way at the moment, I did get out to try my 'new' 5X Powermate but conditions with wind and seeing not ideal.
Also had some internal reflections , I think from end of the chrome barrel on the powermate causing flair on the Prom but affected the contrast on the others as well.

Think I have a solution a black barrel from a cheap 0>5 reducer (minus glass) screwed on the end of the powermate looks like it might work.

Tak 76, Combo Quark, 5X Powermate, ASI174mm. 10% frames stacked.Autostakkert, PS.

Anyway heres my result.

Fantastic! A filter housing (with glass removed) might work as well. A small black mask made from construction paper placed on the bottom would probably work as well.

Thanks Bill for the suggestion, when the weather allows I'll try my idea of the filter housing . housing but keep your idea as an alternative.
