I dug my Lunt LS80 to shoot the sun today, I haven't used it in 2 years, going to have to remember how to use it again.
The first shot was a single capture (500 frames 50 stacked) and then processed first for surface and then a layer to pull out the proms. the proms didn't come out that good.
the second was two captures, each 500 frames 50 stacked) and then combined in PS. The problem is the sky. I used a flat cap even on the proms and maybe I shouldn't. Will have to experiment more, of course rain the next few days
I might not always be right but I am never wrong, once I thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken...
