I love seeing white light. I read on your flicker post about the use of a baader filter. Which one do you use?

Thanks,
Fraz.
Mentored by Keith, Mike, John and Bill. (The old guard) and forever grateful.

Spending obscene amounts of money building a big fracking solar telescope.

I get an A4 Baader filter sheet from an astronomy supplier and make my own. The method is to stretch a section of filter material over a cardboard "cylinder" that fits over the aperture, then to glue another cardboard cylinder on to of it to hold it in place.

A nice image, the skies seem to be unsettled lately all over UK/ EU.
Hopefully your skies will settle soon.
