Stary Night

This is the road into my Home place.
The disadvantage of the new lights on the neighbors barn was an advantage tonight.
This image has a bit of grain due to the extremely high ISO, etc, but I had fun making it.
I hope someone else likes it too.
Deer Field Stary Night # 3 Small.jpg
There is the highest resolution image on Flickr if you want to look at it as well. I have never used Flicker to post here before so I am not sure if I am doing it correctly, but here is what I think is the link.

Another fine image Mark! Sorry, I am reading your posts in reverse!

A really cool and fun shot. I can’t imagine having a big open area like that to even shoot a photo!

Thanks,
Jim

That's really nice Mark; love the deer as well. Man, I need to live somewhere like you do; problem with that would be I'd never be in the house!

All the best,
Mark

This is a really nice image.

Adding from flickr, you just need to type in the img and /img in brackets with the link in the center. The full editor will show a picture icon that shows the same.

Thank you Joe.

This image was a discovery for me. The interesting lighting is natural to the scene.

As I processed this data I remembered your words regarding white balance/temperature.

I used two layers. The sky layer I cooled. The ground layer I warmed. I blended the layers, burned little here and dodged a little there, and then did my best to color balance. 😊

I appreciate your compliment, Joe.
