i think this is a Cosmos spy satellite that has lost control and is spinning or tumbling
have photo it many times -
about 15 second exposure - canon 70d with kit lens

this is my first photo upload so a test

Have you checked Heavens-Above to see if you can get satellite information?

Hi
I use Heavens Above daily a Great site -
took picture several months ago - dont remember for sure which one it is -
there are several satellites that spin or tumble and can make a nice picture -
this satellite is spinning about once every 5 seconds ish

when I look for a certain satellite my success rate is is not very good -
lots of variables come into play - mostly me -
so I really dont keep good track of them -
few nights ago tried to photo two NOSS 3 sats -
should have been fairly visible - got nothing -

There is maybe 2 to 3X the amount of visible sats than get listed -
moon light can greatly increase the amount of visible satellites -
my 2 best nights have been close to full moon nights -

If moon is not good for star photos maybe try photo satellites those nights -
