That's a fascinating technique. The Moon looks like it's hanging in space!

Hi DCN. This is a great blending technique that you used here. Excellent contrast, sharp details, a nice field, and the moon really jumps out at us. Thanks for sharing this work on here DCN, and I hope to see more of your astro pictures again soon.

Very interested in the "stars" only shot. How deep did that shot go??
As an observer of lunar occultations, of course there is no way that there could be that many stars near the limb of the moon to be occulted at any one instance, that could be seen.
And, I really doubt you would have that many stars visible on the bright limb of the moon with the glare even wiping out 3rd & 4th magnitude stars.
Apparently this is more of an "artistic representation", rather than reality.
