This is tonight's Moon using my 6" C6N Newtonian on my Celestron AVX Mount. 32 images 1/500 seconds ISO 200. Stacked in Registax and processed in Gimp

I think we have the same telescope and mount. The Advanced VX 6" Newtonian. I've had the scope a little over a month. The original owner had it for 5 years and used it twice.

I'm imaging with a Canon T6 but I just received a new ZWO ASI224MC. How do you like the setup you have? How long have you had it. I had my 8SE OTA on the AVX until tonight. I figured how to get prime focus on the Newt yesterday so I did the swap back. :dance:

I’ve had the scope/mount for a couple of years and am quite happy with them. I’ve had the camera and autoguider for about a year, but due to real life I hadn’t gotten to use them until now. So far I’ve only imaged a stucco wall through the front window. :D

I just got a Raspberry PI 4 that I’ll be putting StellarMate OS on to control everything. Hopefully the weather will clear soon and I can get some imaging practice done. I’ll post about that when it happens.
