May 15, 2022 Total Lunar Eclipse

This image was taken at 11:28pm - about 20 minutes before the end of totality.

Unfortunately, I left my inter-volometer at home, so I had to take the image by pushing the button on the camera- which produced a bit of shake. Because of this I was unable to take longer exposures to get a sharper image.

Out of 150 shots, this was the only one I was able to salvage so far.

I had to get up at 4 so didn’t stay up late enough, you got a really great image,
I’ve learned a lot since I knew it all.
150mm Orion Mak-Cass, Orion StarSeeker IV GoTo mount, Telrad.
Orion 10 & 23mm (set 1.25), Explore Scientific 9 & 18mm, 2x GSO Barlow, just purchased 2” Orion twist diagonal, GSO 32mm plossl and Agena 8-24 zoom.
