"The Hankmeister" Celestron 8SE, orange tube Vixen made C80, CG4 & AZ-EQ5 mounts.
Too much Towa glass/mirrors.

H/A - PST stage 2 mod with a Baader 90mm ERF on a Celestron XLT 102 (thanks Mike!)
Ca-K - W/O 61mm, Antares 1.6 barlow, Baader 3.8 OD and Ca-K filters with a ZWO ASI174mm.
W/L - C80-HD with Baader 5.0 & 3.8 Solar film, Solar Continuum 7.5nm and UV/IR filters with a Canon EOS 550D.

Oh yeah, and Solar Cycle 25 :D

Hi Ronnie. That's a very nice lunar image from you. Very nice contrast and the ejecta rays stand out nicely too. I really enjoyed your capture, as I am a lunartic fan myself. Thanks for sharing this with us Ronnie on here, and keep up the good work.

It shows what can be done with just a DSLR and camera lenses. Well done.

A suggestion that may make a difference is trying a shorter exposure. I don't "snap" at F/11 but based on my own experience, I would suggest using 1/400 or 1/500 second. If the resulting image is a bit faint, the GIMP Stretch Contrast function HSV sorts it out. As a general rule, I find that a slight underexposure is better than a slight overexposure when it comes to the Moon and planets.
