March 21, first stab at lunar imaging

I've been wanting to do some lunar and planetary imaging so last night I gave it a try. This was the best 100 out of 1000 frames captured with an asi224mc on a WO Z61 and processed in AutoStakkert, Registax and PI. I would appreciate and advice or suggestions as to how to improve capturing and processing the moon. Thx for looking!

Great first Lunar image!

I'm not sure that it would make much difference but I try to stack and keep at least the best 20% unless I have over 3000 frames.

I can't give you any advice, but it sure is a pretty image Alex! The coloration looks great!
