Copernico, Sinus Iridum and Laplace 1 dome
Hi to all
Here my last two lunar images. The seeing was very good so i used a G filter. On the top right of Sinus Iridum's photo is visible the Laplace 1 domo. This domo was recently discovered.

Re: Copernico, Sinus Iridum and Laplace 1 dome
Hi Michael. A very nice pair of lunar images. As a lunartic I really enjoyed these captures from you. The Promontorium Laplace shows up well, and the Crater Copernicus shows the sunken walls and the central peaks nicely. Thanks for sharing these on here Michael, and congratulations on winning the TSS APOD Award.

Incredible pictures. Very crisp. Did you fly your own personal space ship over those sites to get such a close up?
