Another May 30 Luna
Haven't imaged or looked through a scope in a couple months.... This evening wasn't much of a night for it either. Below average Seeing and Transparency, 30km/hr breeze, 23C and not dark yet. Set up a 90mm f/ 10 achromat frac on the CG -4 and the image below is the result of 1 single image @ ISO 100 for 1/100th of a second. No post processing except to convert to .jpeg.... At least I can say I was out at the scope! :eek:

H/A - PST stage 2 mod with a Baader 90mm ERF on a Celestron XLT 102 (thanks Mike!)
Ca-K - W/O 61mm, Antares 1.6 barlow, Baader 3.8 OD and Ca-K filters with a ZWO ASI174mm.
W/L - C80-HD with Baader 5.0 & 3.8 Solar film, Solar Continuum 7.5nm and UV/IR filters with a Canon EOS 550D.

Oh yes there is Mark!!!! A few nights of great dark sky for when my new camera arrives. BUT!!!! I've been thinking( (yup it gets me in trouble) that a Williams Optics 103mm might be a good fit in my imaging train.... ROFL

Can't argue with you there; read your post on that a few days ago, good for you! Funny you should mention WO; I've been looking at everything they have between the Redcat and the 103. Yeah, there's that.... Hope your camera arrives soon with clear skies!!

It should arrive to bright night sky, both from Luna and my position on good ole earth.... But I'm sure there will be something in the learnin' curve I haven't thought of....
