Captured this last night under less than ideal conditions. Seeing was below average ( a all too common occurrence this year). While this target is associated with nebulosity, I seemed to have failed to capture any.

Here is the result of 19 five minute exposures with a un-modified Canon 1100D.

For some un-known reason my images display a greenish tint when I link them here. They show proper colors on my screen (calibrated) at home. ANy idea what I'm doing wrong?

A nice image of the OC even without the nebula.

Hi OhNo - I downloaded your image and looked at the relative strength of the R/G/B channels. The picture below shows the results.

In a color calibrated image I normally see the R/G/B channels nearly lined up. Your image shows the G channel being much stronger than either the R or B channels.

Which image processing program(s) do you use?

I used PI, but I couldn't go to bed last night until a had a look...... I screwed up, that\'s what I get for messin' with processing at 0400hrs!!!!!

I'l re-work it and post it properly!
