NGC 7380/The Wizard Nebula
Keeping in the spirit of the season (Halloween that is) I was able to grab 28 x 180s subs of the Wizard Nebula last evening. Reasonably clear & crisp but still under a 93% moon, the Ha /Oiii filter on the ASI 533 was able to bring out a fair amount of detail with a new scope (ES 80ED). First light for me using it as I recently purchased it from someone who just used it for visual astronomy. Working out the kinks with the new scope cut into my imaging time as did my mount reaching its slew limits . Definitely left me wanting to take another crack at it.
Scopes: Celestron 11 XLT, Stellarvue SVQ100 Quad astrograph, Astrotech 60ED doublet, Explore Scientific Newtonian 208/812 mm, ZWO 30mm mini guidescope, Svbony SV106 50 mm guidescope
Mount/accessories: Pegasus Nyx101 harmonic drive, Celestron CGEMII, Celestron CGX
Cameras: ZWO ASI 224MC, ZWO ASI 385MC uncooled, ZWO 533MC, QHY268c
Software: Firecapture, SharpCap, PIPP, DSS, Registax, Autostakkert, GIMP, Affinity Photo, Photoshop Express, PHD2, PixInsight, ASTAP, Pegasus Unity platform
