A second stolen night of AP contrary to what the forecast said. Below are three images I captured last night/early this morning. The images represent a stack of 18 7 minute images captured with a ASI533MC Pro in a 8" SW SkyWatcher Quattro.

The fist image is what it looked like coming out of APP.

This image is What happened after only using SNRC noise reduction (green) in PixInSight.
LDN1165 Prime.jpg
The final image is after some minor tinkering In PixInSight. Minimal use of curves!

Well done!
I find that good data processes so much easier than flawed data... It's almost like you don't have to do anything!

I coulda/woulda/shoulda done so more processing but I figure I'd do that once I add some more data! Up where I live the nights are getting real short, by June 21 I doubt I'll even attempt imaging imaging with the cooled cameras! Very little darkness on June 21 for us frozen Canucks!

That's an excellent rendition of LDN1165.

7 minute exposures! you must have had some very steady guiding!

Regards

Graeme
