Chain Gang

Post by DMouse »

Hi, still getting used to SGPro and making little tweaks and improvements. Last nights target was Markarian's Chain. Had some rotator issues last time but these seem to be resolved (fingers crossed) and I now have the roof under SGPro control as well. This was only a short run so a little noisy. More to come for sure. Still having some slight flats issues but I think I know what's going on here so just need to chase that one down.

RGB 7x 180sec each
Captured with SGPro and Phd.

So I shot a better set with better flats. Pesky satellites tried to ruin it and did manage a little bit of interference. But this time I did a Linear Fit on the RGB master frames, and also a photometric color calibration. I think it is a better image but basically the same.
