Rosette reprocess in Bi-Color
Couldn't resist going back to my Rosette data from Jan 1st of this year. It was captured with the Triad Tri-Band Filter. Using the Bi-Color technique I learned from depratnt (still learning this technique) I was able to produce the image below. Since my new (used) laptop died a second time, reprocessing is all I can do at the moment.
Bi-Color Processing
Original Processing
I like both approaches, but, the Bi-Color is just so much fun to play with. Being able to show the Oiii data as Blue still amazes me. Somehow having the multiple colors in the Bi-Color image just makes me feel like I've gotten more out of the data. Not saying that I have, but, it just feels that way.
Thanks for looking. Comments/suggestions always welcome.

Re: Rosette reprocess in Bi-Color
That is pretty amazing job, Steve. Looks like you have a new tool for the toolbox. It definitely brings out more detail in the transition area between the two colors.
Of course none of it would be possible without the fine data you collected in the first place - well done all around!

Vibrant coloring Steve. I hear you on the playing with the bi-color processing, it's like Christmas in July!

Steve,
The colors are a bit startling, but the detail is fantastic! Nicely done,
Cheers,
