Center of the Heart Nebula

I was just playing around with some data I took earlier this year of the Heart Nebula. I've always been fascinated by the center of the Nebula. So I decided to just make an image in HOOLRGB of the "heart" of the Heart. It's REALLY heavily cropped so don't pixel peek!!

Here's a revision adding some SII in a modified SHO to get better star colors and cut down on the blue halos around the brighter stars. It makes it a little more crunchy but I like the color better and the stars are better colored.

I like the star colors better on the second version, but, like the nebulosity best on the first one. Guess I'm just hard to please (chuckles).

They are both really nice Jim and it's just personal preference.
