NGC 7129

This is a reflection nebula in Cepheus, one that doesn't seem to be well-known. I shot a couple of hours of Ha, but there is very little Ha signal, and it didn't contribute anything to this image.

12x 300s L, 1x1, drizzled
12ea 120s RGB, 2x2

That's a beautiful image, Kathy. The colors are terrific. There is enough going on in the nebula itself that the star spikes really balance it out. Nice!

The nebula reminds me of the Cocoon, except that it's predominately blue instead of red.
