Generaly h-beta emits near the same line as h-alpha especially on the horse head and the head itself.. But the blue nebula below emits h-beta and oiii and in your image it particularly seems to have alot of signal, more then what oiii has to offer. It seems H-beta dosn't hang around for long and is only present in a few targets.. M42 is another hbeta target.

Well I say, hbeta emits in the same area as h alpha and is dimmer but for some reason on little blue nebula below there is alot h beta signal..

Hbeta makes a good visual filter because it's in the colour spectrum our eyes are more sensitive to and it hangs around h alpha thus giving same/simular details such as the horse itself in the horse head nebula.. Imaging results will vary upon target..
