This is an emission nebula in Cygnus. It is part of the same gas cloud complex that includes
NGC 7000, the North America Nebula.

And, just for laughs, I interrupted my
DSO imaging to grab a few frames of the Moon-Mars conjunction last night. Totally wrong equipment, with predictable results. It was as much an experiment in targeting without plate solving as anything. I plate-solved on a nearby star and assumed (correctly, it seems) that the mount would be able to centre on coordinates.
