I have spent most of the month of July working on the Pillars of creation. Below is a result of images captured on the nights of July 15th, 16th, and 18th. Images were captured on a Celestron Edge1100HD on a CGEPro mount and an ASI1600mm Pro at -5C.Guiding was PHD2 and images were collected using Sequence Generator Pro. Processing was done in PixInsight.
The data is slightly cropped as one night the position was off compared to the other nights so the Field of View was cut down due to this.
Ha 64 images at 300 Sec
OIII 33 images at 300 Sec
SII 14 images at 300 Sec
A total of 9.25 hours of data. A Master dark was used, but no flats.
Comments and Criticism are welcome. Anything to help make the next set of images better.

One and half hours is a good start. You should see some good detail with that. I ran a series of Ha, OIII, and SII each night for the maximum amount of dark I had. Each day I saw the results and decided if I wanted to do another night. After three nights I stopped. I took about twice as much Ha as everything else because of the detail there. The SII suffered because it was last on the list and one night the guide star was lost so no SII was collected.
You might just like what you see after 90 minutes.

The C11 should do nicely for DSO is you have a good polar alignment. It is interesting to take images with the Explore Scientific ED102 and then re-shoot the same object with the Edge1100HD and see the details pop out.
I would live to see some of your planetary shots if you can provide a link. That has been a frustration for me, trying to get a good shot of Jupiter or Saturn.

very nice, alot of signal for the fov and focal length, the tracking error has killed the sharpness in the image, with the 3 filters you lack diversity on colour . do you have an off axis guider ?
it's still a great image because of the signal and the detail from the fl regardless off the tracking errors and slight bluryness , congrates on the apod , 2.8 meters !
