I captured these last night, under the 50% illuminated Moon. I put a lot of time into M94, about 30 180 second subs and came away with this below. M3 was 15 minutes total.

Beautiful M3. Cool "Cat's Eye"! M94 looks like a tough one to resolve details. You did very well.
