Nice image with interesting colors.

How do you like Astro Pixel Processor?

By the way, when I click on your image (hoping to be able to enlarge it) I get a message saying the image can't be found. Just FYI.

I'm not sure why my SmugMug account does that on some forums and not on others.
As for APP. I really like it. It doesn't have the processing power of PixInsight but the learning curve is not nearly as steep. And there are lots of video tutorials for it now, which there used to not be so it must be catching on with folks.
Here's a link to the Astrobin image. From there you can click on it for the higher resolution version. I don't normally share the full-res images because my poor processing skills show too well. :D

Wow, you did that from Bortle 8 skies with a moon kicking in besides!!!

I'm not familiar with NB. But getting interested little by little (while I save up for it).

Which Baader filters were you using ???

Yes BABO, if you live in a heavily light-polluted area or just like being able to image during a full moon (seems to be the only time we have clear skies.) then narrowband with a monochrome camera is the way to go. Or using something like the Radian Triad Tri-band filter if you are using a OSC camera.

I imaged the Western Veil, NGC6960, the following night. Same amount of data. I've tried several times to match the processing but I've had no luck getting the Western to match the Eastern.

Wow! Thanks guys. I appreciate the recognition. It's tough gathering data from Bortle 8 skies during a full moon.

I don't know how you pulled that off, actually. Very impressive considering those conditions.

Hi Greg. A beautiful Eastern Veil Nebula (NGC6995) in NB light. Excellent contrast, sparkly stars, and very colorful nebulosity details in your image. Thanks for sharing this great capture with us on here Greg, and congratulations on winning the TSS APOD Award today.
