M33 quest
A year ago, I went up to Mammoth Mt and was excited to try grabbing a shot of M33. Unfortunately, due to a misbehaving battery, I ended up with frost on the lens instead of a decent image. Fast forward a year. Went out to the local desert and decided to give it another go. Ended up battling equipment gremlins and some SGP issues, but did end up getting 3 good hours of data (did cost me some sleep!). It's amazing how things that seem so easy at home get harder in the field.

Thanks, everyone. BABO, one thing I've changed recently is to start using a UV/IR cut filter. I learned that the 294mc needs one. It's made a big difference on my star colors. The detail is thanks to being out at a dark site.
