Today I would like to present you my recent mods to my telescope. Purpose was clear - make it astrophotography friendly - long exposures included.
1. Central marking main mirror:
(easier to collimate)
2. Main mirror moved forward:

(for visual control of tracking)
5. Bahtinov mask:

After modifications I had hard time using eyepieces for visual observation, as a focal plane has been moved away from secondary mirror.

Now I am waiting for clear skies... in perfect scenario I suppose to be able to track it in hours but, perfection is a myth so I am just hoping for 1 min exposures became a fact , maybe even longer ....????.... find out soon
