I swap mine between different scopes and I'm not sure what will work best with repeated moves.
Any tips and suggestions welcome.

I checked out that link. That gentleman has made a lot of interesting things to help him with his astronomy. Looking over his adjustable stool, I think I may try one of those, as soon as I get past a bunch of projects my wife wants.
