Just a quick post... Canadian Thanksgiving here this weekend, thankfully it's going to be cloudy for the next two days
Tonight was clear, of course, what with the 99.3% full Moon. I took out my 'Towatron' 60mm f/7, C80-HD f/11.4, and my Jason 80mm f/15. I hooked up my Canon T3 to all of them in succession, and took 15 shots with each.
With my Towatron..

My Vixen-made C80-HD:

And my Jason. Gotta work on the camera/processing settings for this scope

That's it for me. Happy Canuck Thanksgiving, everyone!

Thanks for the comments, all Yup, I'd pick the Vixen as well. The Jason puts up a great image visually, but using a DSLR with it is a challenge, to say the least. It's 4"8' long when focused with my camera, and keeping the Moon in the camera frame was a trick, especially with the small FOV.
This is the Jason with the Celestron/Vixen, both are set for focus with my DSLR:

Anyways, must see what the weather has in store for me...
Hope you all have a good night!
