Last weekend I gambled on iffy weather forecast and got a nice observing session.

Today I went with "sure thing": clear night forecast was holding steady for a few days. Last time I checked it before I left home.

Two hours later I arrived to fluffy clouds. Checked forecast and now it shows 100% humidity and low clouds for the night. Nothing can do but turn around and go home. Four other guys got tricked to coming to the site to.

Well played Anza, but I will be back! :lol:

W/L - C80-HD with Baader 5.0 & 3.8 Solar film, Solar Continuum 7.5nm and UV/IR filters with a Canon EOS 550D.

Thanks Mark! Just a part of the game. Kinda like fishing. You go to the lake, spend a day and get skunked sometimes. Still beats sitting on the couch watching TV. :lol:
