new mount ,using sitech, horizon limit and star alighnment

I have my new mount, mesu 200v2 setup and connected to the pc and is sending commands, but i'm getting a error with below horizon limit , my settings are so far correct with my lat long, i think my scope is facing the wrong direction or something, i guess only very few here use sitech, sky view blinks rapidly and the crossair of where the mount is nowhere to be seen, but i can slew it and after awhile it will show and i set it to park position ie south and do a star alignment at the park position but it still gives me below horizon limit..
any ideas ?

Don't know this mount but first thing I would check is the slew limits set in the hand controller.
Also check the date and time and double check the location.

I will check the date and time, the hc is very basic, all of the controll data is done via pc rs232 serial com, I know how to map the horizon slew limits but it still shows the error

Did you use the servoConfig instructions?

It has instructions on how to configure the directions in which the motors move.
I was just browsing the SiTech site, not claiming any expertise here and I presume you did this already.

Thanks for the link, I'll have a read, I emailed lucas and he sent me his sitech CONFIG file, i just have to put in my lat and long.

ok i've fixed this , lucas gave me his profile and i've got it working with the newest sitech version, i was using an older one, park and unpark work and save, and moving around on the sky map works as well.
I guess this is a feature to have the scope start upside down, i think you can pick east looking west, vice versa for none meridian flips.
now i have to try and get stellarium to work and sgp.

It will hit the legs sooner with the scope upside down. Isn't there a better configuration? This is weird.
I just wonder, since this looks like a small one person shop in the Northern hemisphere, if a mistake was made in the configuration. I'm looking at the servoConfig manual, it says:
4. Motor Directions
a. Azimuth should go clockwise when pressing the right button on the handpad (birds eye view).
b. R/A should go clockwise when viewed from Polaris
c. Altitude should move up when the up button is pressed
d. Declination should move toward the pole when the telescope is looking on the West side of the Meridian.
5. Telescope Encoder Directions: The telescope encoder numbers should change in the same direction as the motors encoder numbers, ie increase while the motor is increasing.
In the Southern hemisphere, I think (b) should be "R/A should go counterclockwise when viewed from the SCP". About (a) I'm not so sure - for reasons of symmetry I think Az should move in the opposite direction in response to commands to the Northern hemisphere, while it does make sense to have Az go clockwise when you push the right button. How this jives with the telescope and motor encoders, I have no idea.
It's altogether confusing because for the drive, Alt=DEC and Az=RA. I would consult with SiTech because they must have customers in the Southern hemisphere.

All done testing and it's outside, passed everything, phd Connects, stellarium works, sgpro works And it tracks satilites.just have to get it polar aligned and do the cable harness. I had to remove the eq6 from the field as there isn't enough room for all 3 mounts

I can check with lucas or dan gray ,this is his custom profile he has sent me . The mount can and is designed to do a full 360 rotation on the
ra, The bend knee pillar angle is so far out that the scope clears the pillar legs . There must be a setting to change initial orientation of the scope looking east, as you can see i would get more clearance in height if it wasn't upside down which would work better trying to view over a fence or house but then again when it's finished tracking pass the
meridian if it was to start tracking in a normal position while looking east , the pass
meridian track would put the scope upside down and would be harder to clear any obstruction from a fence or neighbours roof while looking west , hence why it can still be handy to do a
meridian flip to get a viewing height over something.
I believe that profile has been made this way, more than likely it can be change, thanks for the response on it, i should double check if i can change this setting.

yes,The
ra does go counterclockwise when viewing from the pole and looking at the mount, and it should go clockwise when viewing in the north hemisphere, i guess when you enter your lat and long that changes the motor tracking direction .

I've been watching you all throughout the build, fantastic work.
I haven't brought this up before but I'm really nervous your tripod Pier is missing a leg....
