Old Astrozap Petzvel Refractors
Yes Petzvel refractors from Astrozap, about the last location I would look for a actual telescope
I came across this older page from Scopestuff listing them though they must not have been in production for long.
One of the few references I found was a posting on CN from 2014 and they were already out of production.

Re: Old Astrozap Petzvel Refractors
Hello !
Seems to be the same refractor I bought on a french Craig's list. You can see it in this shop : I'm very satisfied for the moment, but am waiting winter' nights to have better sky (we had this summer a lot of light clouds and dust)
Clear skies !
Arsène
