If Markus says he does not I would take that as a yes.
What is the issue? We are coming in at the end of the conversation.

I do not know these vendors personally. Has anyone done a test on APM binoculars for an internal stop? That is what I am looking for.

What are you referring to as an internal stop, I did a search and could not find anything.

Actual aperture not stated aperture in advertising.

In that case no the APM binoculars do not have reduced clear aperture.
