Question About Oberwerk 25x100 Binoculars

#1

Post by Refractordude »

How would I know that I have an Oberwerk HK 25x100 binoculars and not an Oberwerk FB 25x100 binoculars by just looking at them?

Thanks to you all

I have the individual focus model (IF). Works very well. Are you referring to optical coatings?

The HK have a close to 100mm aperture. The FB around 85mm aperture. Will most likely get the APM 20x100, but I will buy the Oberwerk 25x100 HK used. I guess the only way to know is to do a laser light test as part of the inspection. I was thinking the HK would have a different color, body style etc. Thanks Helicon
