Bresser Spezials vs Helios Stellar IIs?

Expanding my search for decent binos, I've stumbled across a few brands of that are unavailable in the US.

Among the them, curious what people think of Bresser Spezial 15x70s and / or Helios Stellar II 15x70s.

Which pair have a true aperture of 70mm. Dealers/manufactures state 70mm, but they may have an internal true aperture of 62mm.
I would go with the binoculars that have the widest aperture and longest eye relief. Here is a YouTube review of a pair you can get here in the states. They are highly regarded.

They both sound like capable binos of high quality. I do have a pair of Oberwerks, but obviously these are available in the U.S. They definitely beat out my $70 wonder Celestron SkyMasters, but even with these you get significant capability for the money spent. I like the Bressers, though.
