I would bet there are very few Messier objects that can't be seen with 10x50 binos in dark, transparent skies.

Last time I was in a B3, I had my 10x50s and one of my refractors along. There was so much visible in the 10x50s, I only used the scope to check out M78. The rest of the night was binos only.
